    We have taken our vehicle to this place twice for the same issue and the car is still not fixed. The same warning signs keep popping up and somehow they always find something different “wrong” with the vehicle. The shop is not open on weekends and my spouse and I both have to work during those hours. We are now stuck on the side of the road with the vehicle smoking and they don’t want to take responsibility for any of this. We have paid them over $2500 to fix our vehicle. At this point, we feel like they are intentionally breaking things to keep us bringing the car back.

    R&R Fleet recieved a complaint stating the customer Mrs.****** has brought her vehicle in to our shop two times for the same problem. The first time Mrs. ****** brought her vehicle in it was for a broken bolt in the manifold and a broken Manifold, on that visit the exhaust maifold had to be removed and replaced along with the exhaust maifold gasket, The broken bolt had to be extracted from the manifold.

    The Second was 16 months later and issues with this vehicle were misfire and vehicle was dying out. When vehicle was dignosed it was the both Variable Valve Timing Solenoid that had to be removed and replaced.

    The Third time 3 months later the cutomer brought her vehicle back stating there was a vaccum like noise and felt as if the vehicle was going to die out. During this diagnostic our tech found the Front Crankshaft seal and bearings had to be removed and replaced. during this time the crankshaft seal,spark plugs,coil boots, air filter and oil change were removed and replaced. 

    When the customer called she was stranded on the side of the road and needed to get the car towed in so we can check to see what the issue was. When the vehicle got to R&R and was diagnosed our Tech found there was a hole in the Engine Block measuring approx 4X4. At this time we call Mrs.****** to inform her that the engine was blown and would need to be replaced, we offered to look for a engine for her used or new.
