      On 3/3/2022 I went into contract with G&F Mobile Homes Inc. for the purchase of a mobile home for $12,000. At the time, I gave a downpayment of $5000. Payments made 4/8/22 (3400.00), 5/21/22 ($400.00), 30/3/22 ($400.°°) 7/27/28 ($400.° and 8/16/22 ($400.°). • I was charged late fees on 5/2022, 7/22 and 8/22 of $50.00 each time because payment was late. I did not pay those yet. I was told those late fees would be added to the total ending total balance. Unfortunately, I lost my job September 2022. I attempted to speak with Francisco regarding this and he referred me to speak with ******** about the situation. In October 2022, ******** would not answer my calls so in November 2022 I called ******** and he responded by yelling at me on phone informing me they were no longer going to deal with me and the case had been sent to their lawyers.

      To defend my cause, I have been in business for over 20 years and we always do our best to serve the community. We have never had an issue like this with customer until now.
