    This company has been provided all of my documents for 2022 tax preparation. They had extended our 2022 tax deadline from April 2023 until October of 2023. During October 2023 quit communicating with me, it has been at least a month since I have had a response to anything. I have tried email, calling, stopping by (there is now no one at the office), messaging on ********. I have even simply requested the books so i can go to another accountant. They even dropped the ball on filing Gross Receipts taxes.

    Robert P***** CPA, has not returned my calls in over 3 months since he supposedly filed an extension for my 2021 taxes because he did not get them finished in time for April 15th. He has not responded to phone, texts, emails, Facebook messages, nor a visit to his home. He still has all of my tax documents for filing that I want back so I can get someone else to file. He also never filed my GR Taxes that he agreed to send in for me. I had to pay 5 months that he did not pay. I now do it myself.
