      I did stay the the ******* ***** in Chama, NM on June 12, 2024. The reservation was made via **** *******. The Itinerary number was *************** I checked in after 3pm on the 12th and checked out at 7:00 AM on the 13th, handing the key to a young gal at the office/front desk. My credit card was charged on the 12th and again on the 13th. In ortherwards, I was double billed for one night. **** ******* agent tried to help, but so far, no response. The special request number is *******. I have tried to call the Elkhorn Lodge office, only to get a message to text or email, which was done. The sent sn automated message back that they would get back to me. This hasn’t happened.
