    The owner , ************************* took advantage of me, an elderly woman. Kept putting off times and days he would show up. He asked for money up front for supplies and labor. I trusted him because he installed a doggy door a few months earlier and he was reasonable and did a good job. Because he didn't show up when he said he would, the gate he was to repair was fixed by the tenant. His services were no longer needed so we decided with that $295 he would install a screen door and I would pay the difference. After a few days he told me to buy the screen door. I told him the $295 would be for the screen door and I would pay the difference for installation. He told me the $295 would be for his services. I told him that was outrageous and asked for my money back. He said that would be ok and asked for my cash app # and he would refund me. Instead he requested $289 twice! But did not send my money. I have a feeling he thought I was a dumb old **** and would hit the pay tab. I cannot get hold of him.
