  So i stupidly didn’t read the info that’s perfectly written out for all customers smh if i did all my answers would have been answered. Thankfully the owner was very kind and asked me to reread the consent thing I forget what it’s called but once I did I got all my questions answered very easily just by reading lol who would of thought lol I’m actually writing this review before I’ve received my fangs because they workers/owners had to be annoyed with me because I emailed and called a few times asking questions I already had the answer & they still was respectful and kind. I’m sure people do this all the time. It has to be annoying having people do this over and over so let me say this company’s customer service is amazing and up to par.

  gotta say, this is THE BEST business to get what you want made. They are quick to respond, do quality work for a fair price, and even if you were a dummy like me and ate the ground, he is still willing to work with you on repairs. they keep true to their promise on a "forever" guarantee. i am really impressed on the craftsmanship and detail that goes into each piece. i feel confident and proud to wear my fang to events and even just for fun. thank you ****!

  I posted a review that was bad before and I take it all back there was a mistake with my post office not the business and the impression kit came quickly (a day earlier than expected) and overall I am very satisfied with their business definitely will be ordering another pair at some point

  Love my recent purchase with them. The teeth fit perfectly and omg they look stunning. I will be order hundreds more from them. Anyone that needs a *******************...use them they are amazing.

  Stavros and crew are amazing. I got my first pair in 2017 and I not only wore them for cosplay, but LARP, as well as randomly. They last, they'e super strong, they're lightweight, there's little or NO lisp (since he continues to perfect the process they're even THINNER while still retaining strength and the lisp is now practically completely gone) Since then, I've gotten 4 other pairs and have pushed other buisness in cosplay and larp to him. He works very meticulously. The process, as spelled out in his FAQ's, is long. But it has to be in order to do this kind of dental work by mail. Additionally, anyting thats NOT right, he guarantees will be fixed. The only fangsmith I will go to

  Paid about $300 for a pair of fangs. The process took a long time which is fine, but the customer service person was very short and rude about questions about the process. Finally got the fangs and they broke after wearing them for the 3rd time. Only wore them for about 15 min each time no eating or drinking. Cheap plastic not worth the price!!!! This company is a rip-off. No type of return at all or replacement. Find a company that will do it for cheaper or learn to do it yourself, not worth $90+ trust me.

  Customer made their own impressions from which we made their mold to craft their fangs. Molds was okay. Not the best. But workable. Customer received the **********************, Left fang fit, but the right did not. An obvious mold variance issue due to impressions. I responded immediately to her, asking for pics assuring that we'll get the right side fixed, I asked for pics, and explained the issue. Customer never responded further. They have a guarantee that fixes issues like this, but they have chosen not to further it.

  ordered twice from them, great customer service, you can even message them personally through a personal phone number they give you, they even gave me a code for a discount! if i had to have one complaint, the guy was a little rude when I messaged him about some info, but turns out it was because I didnt read the email they had already sent me, so its understandable he would have been annoyed, all in all fangs fit well both times I ordered them, no need for adjustments either, and i got to keep the mold of my teeth. really great service, nice folks, quality fangs, 10/10 will get fanged again.
