      Have had an order with him from Aug 2020 for a radio, coax and studs that has not been delivered to date *** of ****. Have attempted to contact via phone and ********* Told several times I was coming up. Asked for a refund several times.

      I'm a truck driver, he needs to get off channel 19. We need info on traffic, accidents, weather, detours etc. He has nothing relevant for us as driver's on channel 19. You are causing safety issues for us. If you do worried about us, do everyone a favor n stay off 19.

      He over tuned my Galaxy 98vhp and it blew up and he refused to fix his crappy work!!! It took me over a month to get a hold of him to get my radio back!!! This guy is a scammer a liar and very very full of himself!!!!!

      Where to start, apparently there are numerous maybe ****** people who have been scammed by this guy. If you speak poorly or ask for a refund, he will stop talking to you and block you. People have been waiting for 3+ YEARS to get a radio from him, and from what I can tell he has only delivered 5 radios to customers. He will keep giving excuses and delay sending you anything he promised. STAY AWAY, do not buy from this person.

      I got my fine tune cb back in October 22. I had to wait about 8 months but with covid I understood!! This was way worth the wait!!! Awesome radio I've been in the hobby for over 30yrs and **** delivered on everything that he said!!!

      Ordered a radio in September of 2021 . I was told it would be delivered in 4 months. I asked for refund with no results. I still as of this writing have not received refund or radio.

      If one could do a -100 stars it still wouldn’t reflect accurately the nefarious practices of Mark S****** and the fictitious unlicensed, unregistered, non trademarked entity called Fine Tune CB shop. The New Mexico ******** ******* has an open investigation on him currently. If you have been a victim contact them and file a complaint. The scam stops here and now! This business is fake and illegal and the purveyor is a thief. You won’t get your radio without governmental intervention and it will be a junk radio with lackluster performance and a fire hazard. If you haven’t been scammed already, keep it that way and buy from anyone else besides this con artist.
