    I believe the business does not inform the consumer of all of their policies. I travelled 95 miles one way and was supposed to purchase 59 red classic caps seconds. I was there to purchase first, but was told the seconds only have minor flaws so I purchased them. They weigh about 70 pounds a piece and I can only hull less than ***** pounds. I was not informed when I purchased them that I could not return any severely damaged ones. When I start to unload them, I came across many that were to damaged to use and I was surprised to find multiple colors in which I was suppose to get red. I- hauled them back and I asked them to refund the 37 that I could not use and I wanted to buy 70 new ones. The counter person was very polite and stated that I could not return seconds. I said they weren't the color that I wanted in which it was on the invoices so she asked her boss and he said no. I could not purchase anymore due to the weight on the trailer and had to return home without the purchase. It cost me about ****** to drive there plus my time and did not get the blocks. No customer satisfaction there. I believe since it was not stated when purchased and not written on the invoice they should have honored my request. Now I am not only out 2 trips, but the caps I need for my wall. The manager who denied this needs a ****** in customer relations unless he is only there for a pay check. I will also contact my credit card company and request a refund for the 37 unusable block caps. Invoice # ******, 7/13/2022 $ ******, star rating for outside employee and front desk person. Business does not deserved to be rated as well as manager.
