4 starsRA Biel completed a major AC parts replacement a few days ago. All is well so far. I requested the parts replacement after the basic spring maintenance visit and follow up visit left the unit ejecting water while running. I would hope for the price of the maintenance agreement they would have detected and suggested repairs needed on the first visit.Review fromJack D

5 starsA/C stopped producing cold air. Bad timing: Summer and a Wed night. Got appointment for following Mon. My choice rather than pay extra for weekend service. Needed motor replacement for cooling fan on compressor unit. Tech was competent & informative. Motor had to be ordered. Arrived Friday. Tech back to install same day and installed new capacitor also. Checked out air flow/ temp throughout the house and other components. Unit has worked without flaw since. Not the first work we have had from this company. Showed up when other companies told me I was out of their service area. Truly serving the 4 corners area, they did great work and got the hvac system in my home in service for my family. Thank you *************.
