Excellent service, price and attitude. Video tapes entire job as the work is being done. I'm very impressed with that concern of customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and its quality.

1 starThe technicians that were sent out were awesome! The did a great job and explained everything to me. When I had questions about the "hourly" being charged, I called the office and spoke with *****, one of the owners. He would not explain what the $400.00 charge encompassed. I did agree to pay the price on the estimate, I was simply asking the details of the charge. He told me there were many things built into that price that customers did not need to know. When I disagreed with him, he proceeded to interrupt me, **** at me and implied that I was not agreeing to pay what I already agreed to pay. When he stopped ranting, I once again explained that I wasn't trying to get out of paying, I needed information to make a decision on the next step. He continued to tell me it wasn't my business to know that is in the charge. Based on customer service and a lack of willingness to itemize my bill, I highly DO NOT recommend using this company. I work hard for my money and if I want details in the bill, I have the right to have details. I believe it's the law.Review fromZack S.

1 starWill not stand behind their new HVAC system and will not honor their one-year warranty. Install was done on my 87 yr old mother's house, the unit quit functioning properly and ************************* could not fix it, so they left the filter out and the attic access door open and have never returned which was almost a month ago now.
