    On July 12, 2024 at about 1:20 pm, my wife and I entered the Bella-Flora Cafe for lunch. We ordered and paid for lunch. I tasted the salad and it did not taste right. When i told the restaurant they said the salad had been made that morning and asked me what i wanted to have done with it. She stated that I was not used to her salads,, walked away and threw the remainder of it in the trash.

    This gentleman and his wife did come in July 12,2024. His wife ordered that day. I was made aware the gentleman was complaining about his salad and went over to check. I ask him about his salad, and he said it tasted funny. I asked him what he meant, and he said it just tastes bad. I informed him we make our salads fresh every day and assured him nothing was wrong with his salad. Out of the 500 salad we have made in the last eight month this is the 3rd complaint (all taste related) We do use Spring and Herb Mix to create our salads not iceberg lettuce most restaurants are accustomed to using. I was trying to ask him what he would like to do (refund, maybe something else) but he was on the phone since he walked into the building there was no communication other than it tasted funny. Then I proceeded to take his salad and dispose of it. A refund will be issued through BBB. Thank you.
