    One of my trucks broke down in ****************** ***** I called one of the Mobile services but the guy couldn't fix it. According to him it was a water pump and he didn't have a part.I called these guys (Mobile Forklift and Truck services) next and told them I need a service call. When they asked what's wrong with the truck, I told them that I'm in a different state but according to the other service guy, it's a water pump. They quoted me $2500, I agreed. Next phone call I got was from a very rude and unprofessional guy, who stated that they changed the water pump but it wasn't it. It was the tubes. I asked them why he changed the pump, if it didn't need to be changed, he said because you told me to. Not only that, but the bill at the time was already $3200, because supposedly they paid extra $1000 for the part. Not only that but he filled up the antifreeze all the way, ran a test and obviously all the liquid ended up on the floor again, so he charged me twice for that. Then to change the tubes, which only cost $200, they charged me another $2500. My total bill ended up being $5700!!! and that's with them telling me they gave me a discount.I would recommend to stay away from this place. It's easier and cheaper to pay for towing and fix it at the dealership.On the personal note, this is the reason trucking business is bleeding so bad. It's not the democrats or republicans and it's not the gas prices. I wish people would look up in the sky sometimes and remember that karma is real.*His wife is more understanding but it didn't not play the role with the bill.
