  Had a water coolant pump replacement done today. The initial quote was 2 hours of labor at $95 an hour, which I agreed to. Imagine my surprise when the bill came to 3.7 hours! I dropped off my car at 2:30 PM and picked it up around 3:50 PM - barely over an hour. The excuse for the extra time? Apparently, two people worked on it. Seriously? One competent technician should be able to handle this job. While they did reduce the charge to 3 hours in the end, the attempt to inflate the bill and the ridiculous explanation were enough to ensure I won't be a returning customer.

  This business is selling junk cars for thousands to unexpected customers, the cars are put together with 2x4s , packing tape , sold with bent donut spare tires , total junk , they buy at auctions the vins dont match some of the vehicles, they sold me a car thats held, with packaging tape holding the front end together , its held together with a board, under the bumper frame is bent , he sold it to me for 900$ after I signed the paperwork, he changed the numbers to over 9000$ , hes charging me saying I had an accident, I was driving the car it fell apart on the highway after I hit a small pot hole the wind took the front bumper off , fender in front , back passenger fender is blowing off , its all taped up he did that the owner to hold it together, now the tape got brittle the car is coming apart, he wont give me my money back? They refused to mail me a carfax after they promised Id get that in the mail Thank you ??

  First of all we did not sell you the vehicle you have not done business with us, if so leas provide a copy of your contract showing this **** *******. Also the vehicle we sold was to your daughter, we have pictures of every vehicle we sell and can provide proof that it was not sold this way. The car has been abused and in several wreaks since it was purchased by your soon to be son in law. All hub caps were on the vehicle at the time of sale. Like I said we can provide proof of what the vehicle looked like at the time of sale. Also no one was told you were going to get a car fax mailed it was provided at the time of sale but you wouldn't know that as you are not the one who purchased the vehicle. I do not appreciate you saying we sell cars that the vin numbers don't match as you wouldn't know since as I stated before your are not a customer and have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership.

  Well first of all dear , I purchased the vehicle for my daughter and its unsafe and put together with *********** Ill see you in court , Ive also contacted the attorney general, I am prepared to hire my attorney ***** Foulz , we will get this resolved Ta,Ta see ya soon ?? actually I wouldnt even describe it as a vehicle, ********** are all trash
