    12/28/2024 dropped off my truck @9am for oil pan gasket replacement, w/qoute on 12/30/2023 - of $702.07. I picked up truck on 12/31/2024 w/ a different service/maintenance, charging me $1616.74, had no other choice but to use ***** ******* *******, since beyond my budge. I ask why? I was told it was tech, I asked why didnt I get a call and change the work order without my knowledge & increase in $ amount no one one listen to me. I was distrought/disappointed with them. Upon driving & parking at home notice the oil was still leaking from the bottom, instantly I contact autowork vehicle is leaking fresh oil & sent pictures, I informed him I parked the vehicle to avoid further damage and will return truck to shop on my next day off which i made arrangement/agreed to bring truck on 1/9/2025. 1/9/2025 my 2nd trip back to Autoworks - check in the truck for further inspection as to where oil is leaking, upon inspection I was quoted additional $202.44 for replacing an area where they think oil was leaking again. I told the worker, I brought in my vehicle the very 1st time, i told auto work i thought they did a complete inspection & bring to my attention where the areas are affected. i was disappointed and the gentleman did not want to communicate with me. I told them do not have any extra money to pay them for additional fee; he advised me to replace the oil dipstick tube, i left I went to ******** & picked up, there after the oil pressure was lost I had to make another trip to ******** purchase oil sensor and replaced that. Autoworks re-quoted me for oil pan replacement $1403.88 this is my 5th trip to auto works, now they do not want to respond to me about my vehicle problem. Once I picked up truck I went AJ Auto, they complete replacement Oil Gasket & was charged @$709.00 w/Acima. As result I bought additional parts because oil pressure dropped - purchased oil sensor with specialized tool socket and replace oil stik tube.

    to date - today is 2 months since I have submit my concern/compliant about GaLLUP Autoworks, I have not receive any responses.

    This auto shop is inadequate and incompetent. I had taken my vehicle to this place, I put my trust and had good judgment to take my car in for repairs, but the shop did nothing to get my car fixed. I explained to the employees about what needs to be diagnosed and inspected. I had scheduled in for Tuesday March 5th. When we arrived they had no knowledge of our set appointment. They acted like they did not to help us. I should've turned around and left but I left my car there for them to diagnose and test drive for a hard shift either from the engine or the transmission.. we had informed them that a code has been popping up that's for a sensor. I wanted them to test drive it and figure out what the loud clunking noise was. Later in the day we went back to pick up my car, same mileage and same code that's been popping up. I had asked if they had drove it and found out the cause of the loud clunking. The employees told us that "they forgot to test drive it, but the sensor code that pops up the car will need to be taken to dealership to be replaced because they had no tool to replace sensor." Our total was over $157.00 We paid it and took our car, it was still at the same mileage and nothing had been done to find a conclusion about the clunking. Leaving me to pay $157.00 for reading codes with a diagnostic tool and still no solution as to what the loud clunking noise is. I have been very nice and understanding but the owner and his employees continue to dance around the subject of the code, not the loud clunk noise under my car. This business has no customer service skills and very disappointing communication among the business. I have proof of texts, calls, receipts and a review off their ******** *****
