    Was billing excessive amount utlitiys 4441.00 then paid them 4501.00 automated system. Called them was told utility's would have them turn them on. Was allowed live in home house until paid. After paying them was told owed different amounts. Was told to talk with different individuals. Told different amounts. Asked for copy of billing stating reason owed different amounts wouldn't give a copie. Had to live vehicle was allowed to live here. Told owed additional amount of 16003.92. Had to get loan to pay them. Then had to get plumber before utility's could be turned on. Never during this, was given copy of billing. Billing amounts saying different amounts.
