    I originally contacted the business, Quintanas Construction And Custom Woodworks LLC on 9/21/23 to inquire of adding to our wall as we have a large dog and just purchase this home September 1st. Someone from the business contact me back I went over the details and was told as I asked multiple times how much would this be in total as the neighbors next to us at *** ******* we're going to go in half. The gentleman originally quoted me 1,350. I thought that was a little steep and he went down to $800 and he quoted on his text that was for everything which is included in the attachments here. When I eventually had the funds to cover this cost I contacted the business and agreed to do the job for $800. On Friday 10/20/23 2 men came to inspect the wall and collect our money upfront as they started they needed for material. The rep from company stated he would start Saturday 10/21/23 between 6-8 AM. The next day came and no one showed up we proceeded to contact the business and they said they were running late and did not show up till almost 4:00 p.m.. hours at that time they proceeded to start work and in the included pictures you can see all they did is knock down two feet of wall and did literally no work and left. The next day the business contacted me and wanted another 800.00 and out of supplies. At this time I dialed and provided business with his own original text from 9/22/23 staying he would do the whole job for 800. Conversation when he disagreed and said he would need more money and assumed we knew there would be more charge. At that point we decided to terminate the contract as a breach of contract and requested to either return materials spent with the money we provided them or refund me in full they have been stalling they've been messing almost every day saying okay we're going to come finish the wall or bring our material. they refuse to answer our phone calls text messages or emails and has not refunded or brought materials.
