    New Outdoor Ac unit and replacement of furnace June 20th Installation scheduled to arrive at 8:00AM- Showed up at 11:30 AM Advised install would take 2 hours- left to go get materials they didn't have didn't finish till 5:12 paid $1,000 cash $2,000 Debit and $1000 credit was not given a receipt stated it would be emailed to us. Arrangements were made for remainder payment the following week. Furnace closet was ice cold and condensation was dripping everywhere there was freezing cold air blowing out of the holes in the furnace with in 3 days we called explained the problem the house became hot again ac went out and was blowing hot air. After not showing up and not answering we finally got ahold of them and explained they scheduled to be out on July 1st but did not show up rescheduled for July 2nd.July 2nd arrived late again worker showed up with no equipment and a minor to translate. worker stated that my ceiling vents were to closed and proceeded to use force to bend metal vents open wider. he went into every room and did this to all the vents. he said we needed to change the filter i told him that was suppose to be included in the replacement he said they didn't bring any filters. I told him i never had that problem with the old ac the entire house would get cold and my vents weren't a issue. then they went to the back returned stated that the unit didn't come with Freon. And that they didn't have any freon then i told them that it was cold so it must have had freon they went out and checked again they returned sting that when they welded the burnt a hole in the copper freon wire so it leaked and needed to be replaced but they didn't have no tools or equipment the worker said he would return on the 3rd. I asked for the workers phone number because the owner never responds worker gave me the number. July 3rd worker returned did not replce copper wire patched. about a day later we noticed that the the south side of the house stay hot 80 degrees still not fixed..
