    Sometime in late May or early June of 2022, we contacted Mr. Keys about additional security on our right front door. We wanted to be able to have the door locked, but a pushbar installed that would allow people to exit easily from the inside. He couldn't find something that would match the installation on the left front door, so we met again about June 20, and asked for a solution similar to that on our back door. That was provided and installed and we received a bill for $1000, which we paid at the end of July. In the meantime, the pushbar kept breaking -- it would pull out of the door. This happened two or three times. The last time, the repair people had just left when it broke again. We also began looking at alternatives and saw that pushbars similar to the one installed by Mr. Keys cost only at most about $200. Currently the pushbar is still broken. The last two times I called Mr. Keys, I was hung up on.

    In June I was contacted by ****** about modifing their front door with a pushbar. Job was done and we received payment. We did notice that the building allows any and all homeless individuals to come and rest inside the building, great for them and I admire that they do that, Unfortunatly something keeps happening to the push bar. In my 20 years of experince I have never seen a push bar fall of by itself, but yet we have been called out 3 times to reattacted the bar to the door at no additional cost. Then I recievd a call for the 4th time and this time we insults was told that they could have bought a similar push bar for $200.00 and they felt I ripped them off. I understand with the internet these day's you can probably find items at a great discount. We don't use **** to purchase our products all is bought through ****** ********* a reputable Company. I can't nor want to tell anybody what to do with there business but it is obously someone is distroying this pushbar. I wish them well but have no interest in doing any further bussiness with them.
