      Approximately on May 24, 2023 I went to the office of J & J Rentals
      to request a quote to contract the service of a container
      to clear my property. That day I was attended to by a person named
      "******** in her office and gave me the following quote she consulted in her
      computer: "the cost of the container would be $780.00Dollars
      Further $39.00 Dollars the ton after 5 tons. Also the
      Cost would only be $3.00 dollars per day for the container service.
      Very well I asked that send me the container (the First).
      After filling it out, I asked her to come pick it up and she herself
      attended at tel ************. I asked him if it would cost
      extra to return it to my property and fill it out again
      And he told me “No, it only costs you $3.00 dollars per day. Okay. So I return it
      on 2 more occasions. Don't last more of 8 days with those containers.

      *Your employees like ******** ********* are very rude and arrogant!!

      “That an invoice is an invoice”

      *I did not sign any contract because they never gave it to me.

      *Invoices are just elaborate (5/26/22 al 5/27/23)


      Of course he gave me nothing to sign as a contract. I consider inadmissible
      the charge. I already paid once for the container and it is not fair that they charge me another 2.

      We told him over the phone that there was a fee for each removal; there were three different dumpster removals, each $780.00.  He only paid for one dumpster removal.
