    We have used Culligan for approximately 13+ years since we purchased our current home. During that time there have been 3 different owners. There have been numerous times that they either didn't show up at all, or they left salt for our softener outside our garage door, without servicing our softener. Our salt bin has been empty several times for lack of service by Culligan. This last time, we had no service on our softener for over two months, and the equipment was no longer working properly. After a conversation with the current owner, that did not correct the problem, we asked that they immediately remove their equipment from our home. The only reason we stayed with them as long as we did, was because there was always the promise from the newest owner, that things would be better. We will no longer do business with Culligan!
