    I took my ******* tractor to this dealership for a warranty repair on 01/13/2024. I picked up the tractor on 02/03/2024. Upon inspection, I noticed a bolt cover on the interior of the tractor was missing. I also noticed a gap between the cab and the outer cover plate. I informed ***** ******* of the issues. I also asked if they could fix them immediately since I am 4 hours away. His response was, I am busy with other tasks and I will talk to the technician on Monday. Not wanting to leave my tractor, since it is basically a full days driving round trip, ***** said he would mail me the cover. Upon getting home and inspecting the gap between the cab and the cover plate, I realized they didn't install all the bolts. I immediately notified ***** and was told they would include the bolt in the shipment.

    I contacted ***** on 02/28/2024 and was told he would check with *** for the parts. I have also attempted to contact him on 3/30/2024, 04/06/2024, and 04/11/2024. I received no response on any of these attempts.

    I would like my bolt and my cover plate.
