      I will say the technician for this company is nice but the lady who answers the phone and makes appointments is rude. I had my heater looked at and it was determined that we needed a new part. I was supposed to receive a call back the following Monday to schedule. No call. When I called back almost a week later the receptionist stated the tech "forgot he was going out of town". I told her that we have rearranged our schedule due to expecting him the following week and due to work schedules and appointments we could not have him come out after. I was looking up my appointment in my email and said "damn". She then proceeded to tell me not to be nasty with her and hung up on me. I was not and I wish their calls were recorded so it could be pulled. I called back and she told me to find another company and hung up again. I don't think so. Service has already been paid for and needs to be completed no matter what your opinion is of me. She started sending me to voicemail. I had to have my mother in law call from another number just to get her to answer. This is not how a business should be ran. No matter what you do not tell someone to go somewhere else after they have already paid you. You do not ignore them. I can understand if I was screaming at her but again I wish the calls were recorded so they could see I was not. And you should not call me names to my mother in law as well. They are not professional and do not keep to their word. I would look somewhere else for service.
