Strongly Recommend Caution I am writing to share my experience with **** ****, a company I had been using for annual HVAC maintenance for several years until November 2022. Due to a significant increase in their pricing, I decided to explore other service options, and on April 2, 2025, a new company performed the maintenance.During this service, it was discovered that the overflow switch had been disconnected and neatly rolled up under the unit. I have all the documentation from **** ***** last visit, including pictures, which clearly show that the switch was disconnected by their technician. Furthermore, the work order from their visit did not indicate any issues or recommend further work.When I reached out to **** **** to address the issue, I spoke with a manager named ******, who was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. She denied my request for assistance and refused to escalate the matter. Based on this experience, I believe the issue may have been caused intentionally as part of subpar service, potentially to create future problems and increase costs for the customer.I strongly advise caution when considering this company. There are many reputable, honest ************ providers in town offering competitive pricing and reliable work.

During this very hot summer of 2023 both my HVAC systems broke down after 20 years. Aire Serv installed 2 systems which were better and quieter than the previous units. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt!Metal Craft Company
