      made Payment by phone late afternoon 5/15 - $76.50 total with card fee - when payment came through my account it was $80.99.
      contacted business and all store manager Chuy would do is argue - stated late fee but paid on time and is in system as paid on 5/15.
      He stated March was paid late 3/18 - but when I went to pay on 3/15 the business credit card system was down. no late fee per store manager that day.
      I have been doing business with this store since 2019. No charge issues until this payment. But the last few months (from my understanding new general manager and store manager) not a customer centric feel.

      The difference of $4.50 may not seem like a lot of money....however 1) if this management does this to 200 customers each month that is $900 a month and $10,800 in overcharges per year for the store. 2) not ethical business practice and illegal according to contract.

      This is a response to complaint ID ********. We sincerely apologize for the error committed on 5/15/2023 of an overcharge $4.50. The same amount has been credited to the complainant account. This was a mistake on our part for mistakenly thinking the account had a late fee when it didn't. This was simply a mistake and not a normal practice. We have been in business for over 40 years and pride ourselves in running an honest and ethical business. Again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience to the complainant. We look forward to continue to service our customers with the upmost respect and sincerity.
