    I had ABC Paint and Body complete work for me in January of 2025 to repair damages and reassemble the airbags after a collision. The damages were not covered by insurance and I paid $9,751.60 on 1/30/2025 to fix my car. The shop had the car for over 60 days.

    This week when I took the car to another shop, they saw the body repairs told me the repair work was very poor creating a hazard to me. I believe that ABC Paint and Body assumed that as a woman I would not know that they cut corners to repair the damage. I need help to hold them accountable for the services promised.

    I would like ABC Paint and Body to pay for the damages to be repaired at another shop.  I want the car repaired without having to pay anymore money.

    We are sorry to hear this.  We at ABC Paint & Body stand behind our work.  We offer a three-year warranty on all repairs.  If one of our repairs is not done correctly, we ask that you bring it back so we can resolve the issue.  Please give us a call at your convenience and we will schedule a time where we can go through the repair with the invoice and identify any issues and we will resolve them.

    Bad repair yo my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander entities wrong front end was replaced on my vehicle vendor promise to correct repair in the cost of $3,362.57 but so far **** shop owner has refused to pay to make the correct repairs to my vehicle.
    I want for vendor to make the payment to make my vehicle and me whole again

    The estimate Mr ******** submitted to us for payment  made no mention of the incorrect bumper cover it was for other parts and labor  . i talked to Mr. ******** and told him we would pay for a new bumper cover and the labor to replace and the labor  and materials . which he agreed to . we are sending another check to him by priority mail on Friday march 29,2024 .along with a copy of a legitimate estimate  detailing the cost of replacement of the bumper cover as the only incorrect part  was the bumper cover .the one installed had holes for the retainers for wheel opening moldings .his car does not have the moldings .

    Good morning 

      In Mr ******** original complaint  he states we installed the incorrect front  bumper cover on his car . there were other parts damaged as well which were replaced as well they were all correct . the issue with the bumper is that it had holes to attach wheel opening moldings  which his car does not have . we sent him a check to cover the cost to replace the incorrect  bumper cover with a new oem  bumper cover  and the labor to do so and the labor and materials to paint the new part .

        The estimate Mr ********  sent from Camelback collision does not address the incorrect part at all .the only mention of the bumper cover is to REPAIR it  for 2.0 hours .see line #9 .   the rest of the estimate is to replace multiple parts that had nothing to do with his complaint .in fact it includes replacing both side wheel opening moldings which his car does not have . the way the estimate is written leads me to believe the car has sustained additional damage after it left our shop .additional damage like the front left side being loose now  could be attributed to another impact or collision ass well . I believe the amount we paid to replace the bumper cover is a fair deal .as nothing else was damaged  when it left our shop other than the holes  in the cover for the moldings  as you can see in the pictures Mr ******** provided
