    DO NOT USE CLEARENT! Find another company. Monthly fees on top of outrageous transactions fees. Want to cancel? That will cost you $395.00. Think you're done after you cancel? Nope, you will continue to get the monthly fees pulled from your account afterwards. They refuse to work with you and refuse to refund these additional charges.

    DO NOT USE their services!!! We used them for years and then when cancelled services went through all the steps, received confirmation from them in writing but still charged the following month and they would not give refund. When I told them what happened they said the person they contacted who was ******* on our account didn't respond to them (3rd party that I have no control over) so it didn't close in time for the next billing period. They didn't tell me that was a step that needed to happen but instead told me confirmation it was handled.
