      I purchased an item that was missing the part. I tried to go in an exchange it. The ******* ******** gentleman with the glasses told me that when I purchased the item I should have checked . I told him that they don’t let us open boxes . Then he said I could look for the part, and if I find it that I have to pay for it. I said that was fine. . The gentlemen with the glasses who was here on Sunday kept repeating “we don’t play that , he should have checked.” Over and over, when I was looking for the missing item.I looked over to see that he kept saying that to an employee about me. I went to look for the owner for a simple exchange and they told me no. I just want an exchange .
