      I took my trencher to have it looked over and get it running, they told me it would be about a month before they could get to it not having another choice at the time I agreed. So a Lil over a month went by and I called to see the progress on it for the person over the phone to tell me he was going to check on it for me and in the background I could here the "mechanic" say let me go look at it, so he grabbed the slip went out and looked at it to come back and tell the other employee he didn't want to touch it because it would be a money pit for him so i said ok well when i get a day off ill go for it. So a few weeks went by and they called me to see what I wanted to do with it and I said I had been busy and I would go for it. So that Saturday I looked online and there website said they were open so I went down to pick up my trencher to find out the service side closes at early but not the store so I call the store and they told me I just missed them and I told them I was there for my trencher and I told them to make sure to let them know I would be by to pick it up sometime that week. They said ok will do. So I finally make it down there for the "mechanic" to tell me he scraped my trencher and didn't care nothing about it and I asked so now what and he rudely told me now nothing it's scraped.

      A trencher from **** ********* was received on January 9, 2024 into our Power Shop. The machine was an early 1980's model, it was not running and in disrepair. The tires were flat and damaged and it had mismatched parts on the engine. After our head mechanic, ****** *****, looked at it Mr ********* was informed that the machine was not repairable and would need to be picked up. Mr ********* was called four times. All of these are documented on the repair work order in Mr ********** possession. It is clearly posted in our our Power Shop that equipment left over thirty days will be sold for repair costs ( see attached pictures). Also our repair tags and work orders state that we are not responsible for goods left over thirty days (see attached). Room is at a premium in our work area so finally on February 27, 2024 we had a scrap dealer come pick up the equipment.
