    This company did some plumbing work at my home a couple of months ago charging us over $1600 and when their fix failed today they did everything they could to avoid honoring their warranty. Immediately when we called them we were told it was impossible that their work was faulty and that it would take several days to get anyone out here. Eventually we got them to send a tech and after messing around for a few minutes they accused us of trying to scam them. He refused to listen to anything that we said just repeating the accusation that we somehow damaged a water pipe that is located under our slab. When I asked the tech for his supervisor's information so I could try to speak with someone more reasonable, he said he doesn't have one. When I asked who owns the company he refused to tell me stating "it's none of my business". He became so insulting and aggressive that I finally asked him to leave my home which he did only after my 6'4" son came out of his room.

    Upon arriving on 1-31-24 after being called on emergency and being rushed we arrived at 530 6 pm. To find that the concrete broken with 2 different hammers on a spot were the water lines were real close to. Made the warranty void, the customer was rude and started saying racial comments after asked why the concrete was broken when it shouldn’t have been touch to avoid the warranty to void. This is something we never experienced with a customer and it’s unfortunate we couldn’t communicate as normal adults because we are a small starting family business who is about God and would never do anything unprofessional or shady to people.
