Hello, I received a prepaid return shipping label from Travis Matthews, a clothing company, and attempted to return the product with the label and the UPS store. I was told “we cannot use that label” and my only option was to pay for a new label to ship the product. I called Travis Mathew and they said the label was fine and the UPS store made a mistake.

    To whom it may concern,

The customer did not bring us the proper paperwork for a pre-paid label.

He only had a paper with an address that had postage required.

I have been in this business for 10 years, I am a store manager. This was not a pre-paid label like he was told. We would not have charged a customer for a label if they provided the correct pre-paid label. I did reach out to the customer myself to explain but he did  not want to hear what I had to say to him.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
They have not reached out and I have not heard from them. Travis Matthew, the company who issued the return label, even acknowledged that the store made mistake. I would suggest we reach out to Travis Matthew and have them explain their conversation with the UPS store. See attached email from the company who issued the prepaid label

    Regards,
