    I purchased the units in June of 2021. It included 2 Fujitsu mini splits. As i was watching the installation being done. I noticed they were having trouble installing 1 of the splits. the installer was in a hurry, and it was apparent that he was struggling with it. As soon as 07/1/21, I had to call in, that the unit was leaking water. He sent somebody about a few days later. Said it was fixed. But on 7/31/2021 i had to text owner again and tell him it was still dripping water. and they hadn't come out to fix holes in ceiling. Apparently, they had to take insulation off of the pipe to get it to fit in the hole they made. Anyway, since then I have had to call or text him numerous times to get this issue resolved. sometimes he would answer and sometimes it would be a month or longer before he would get back to me. he finally did send somebody out again after threatening him with a call to BBB. he sent somebody out, but they never opened the unit to see what was going on internally. all they did was put tar on roof. this was on about June 13th. Up to this day, I still have water shooting out of that unit, especially when it rains. he has not answered me since last text on August 8th, 2022. I do have photos of issues, and receipt available
