    They were recommended to us by family members to add central air to our existing central heat. They installed central air to our house. about 2 months before this summer when summer got here (hot) the system did not work correctly and we called owner of Air Control he said we did not know how to use system. So to this day no service fix no receipt to list of products used nothing paid 4000 no air

    I am rejecting this response because:


    They did not answer or solve problem til bbb. Was involved .so we went entire summer with no air conditioning. Still no receipt or warranty on work done. Workers did great but management did not. Utilities were outrageous with no air had to install window units.3 units at 150.00 a peice, and over 500.00 month in electric bills. But we will leave alone since that's the norm?

    Problems started with the Nest thermostat which was fixed. When ***** came back to my home after installation I explained that the unit was not heating properly. ***** stated that he had installed #10 heating elements and with the colder temperatures here in Silver City he should have installed #20 heating elements. ***** advised he'd come back in 2 weeks - we are still waiting for the 2 weeks. We need the larger elements as the unit is working too hard to heat the house up to ever a 72 degree temperature. My electric bill went from $8 to $403.23 due to the unit working all day to get the home heated. The following month the bill was $396.17. We have solar panels and the increase was more than anything normal.
