    On May 2nd, 2024, I purchased a Coleman AT 200T ATV from Big R stores @ 206 Mills Ave. Las Vegas N.M. 87701. I took it home as a gift to my 10 yr. Old daughter. She enjoyed it for approximately (4) rides until it stalled out and would not start again. I returned it on 5/10/2024. The manager of the store received it from me and assured me that after talking to his superior he would try to refund us our money due to the fact he witnessed we had only had it for less than a week. 3 weeks later we received the atv back. My daughter rode it down the driveway. It would not start. Asked for a replacement or money back and have been given excuse after excuse that they will not refund my money back. 2 weeks later I have yet to receive my money or a new replacement. I have continually asked for a resolution , but have been ignored. A morally bankrupt management for sure. The regional manager by the name of Beau has made it clear to us that he will not refund me. No phone calls from corporate returned either.
