  I contacted New Mexico Synthetic Turf to obtain a quote for a ****************************************************** multiple reasons why they had to push our estimate meeting out a few weeks including moving their daughter across state lines and the person that does the estimating recently retired and they had not rehired that position yet. Although I did not want to delay our project, these reasons seemed reasonable, so we made an appointment more than 2.5 weeks from my initial phone call. I called back a week after making the appointment to see if the appointment could be moved up and I was told the situation had not changed and we maintained the agreed upon original appointment. The day of the appointment came and I cleared our familys schedule just for this appointment and we all stayed home ready to greet the person that would be quoting the project. To our extreme disappointment, no one ever showed up. We never received any kind of communication from New Mexico Synthetic Turf. It has now been 30 days since our appointment, and I still have not been contacted by anyone. This is not how I believe business should be conducted. I found this company on BBB with an A+ rating and was very disappointed in how we were treated. We did hire a competitor and even added to our project, so New Mexico Synthetic Turf has lost not only our original business, but additional business worth a lot more. Because we delayed our project multiple weeks to meet with New Mexico Synthetic Turf, the company we did hire had to bump our project start date out multiple months because they received a large influx of Spring projects during those 2.5 weeks we were waiting around for New Mexico Synthetic Turf. I would not recommend hiring this company based off our disappointing experience.
