We hired All Out Seamless Gutters on October 16, 2018 to install gutters on our home, which were installed. We started noticing a bow on one of the gutters (on the south side of the home) and contacted them to come and look at the gutters. On Monday, July 17, 2023 employees of the company came out to look at the gutters and attempted to repair the gutters. The staff stated that there were brackets missing that were never installed in the original install, which could be causing the bow and a seam on the gutter and did not have a slant from the original install. It was recommended by the employee that the gutter be replaced. The employee stated that it would be covered by the warranty. The replacement was then executed.
Two hours later we received an invoice from the company. We called and spoke with the owner ***** ****** who stated that the gutter was ripped and that he was not going to pay for the gutter replacement. We explained that no one has been on the roof. The employees of his company had come to execute the repair and responded "they were just hourly employees." He further stated that if we did not pay the invoice, he would place a lien on our home.
We then reached out to **** the manager we had been working with to get this gutter repaired and he never returned any phone calls or emails.

We were never disclosed upfront before the work took place of the cost, as we were told it was covered under the warranty. We do not know why the gutter had a seam. They assumed that an air conditioner repair person could of ripped the gutter but our AC is on the side of the home. We do not feel it is ethical to send us an invoice after the work. The tear was resulted from the gutter not being properly installed to begin with, per the staff. When we made the appointment their administrative staff also informed us that they had received some faulty supplies from the manufacturer and that this was not the first time they had received a phone call about bowing gutters.

We are not invoicing the consumers. It was covered under warranty. There will be no lien placed on their residence.

Thank you to the Better Business Bureau for assisting us in resolving
this matter. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
    complaint ID ********.

We received on September 7, 2023 a reminder phone call and
email regarding Invoice # **** in the amount of $875.56 from the business. We would like some
type of documentation from the business that the invoice is no longer due,
it reflects a zero balance, this transaction is closed on their behalf and that no lien will be
    placed against our home.

Once we receive such documentation we will accept this
matter as closed. I have attached invoice # **** for your reference.

    Thank you,

    Regards,
