    Back in December I started looking for quotes for HVAC install at my house, I told them up-front, I was just pricing out companies for future work. In March I reached out and stated I wished to use them, unfortunately, life happens and I wasn't able to follow through. In April, I asked for a redo of the quote, knowing it was no longer valid, they quickly responded, but the quote didn't have everything included that I had originally requested. I also asked for the technical data showing why they chose the size machinery they quoted. At this point, ********* (the rep I was working with) stopped responding to all emails and voicemails I left. I then reached out to ****** (contact information found on website), no response. I also sent an official communication on thier website and eventually accepted their quote, stating in the acceptance that I still needed to ensure other items (such as electrical upgrade) were included in the quote. Over nearly two months, no response; not even to say they would not be able to provide the technical data requested. My only assumption is that they did not have the technical data to justify heater and A/C unit they quoted me on.If they had responded to one my 6 attempts (via email and phone message) stating they couldn't assist me that would have been fine, but no communication is concerning.

    Unfortunately we are not a non profit organization, our quotes are very specific in the work that is being proposed.We quoted what you originally requested, several times, and spent a considerable amount of time answering questions about what you thought should be done on numerous occasions.You wanted additional items "thrown in"Thank you for being concerned, but we are ultimately pleased that you are not out any money in the discussions you had with our company.Have a great day, and best of luck!
