  *** were true professionals in their installation service and quickly completed the install to what I believe is a very high standard. The issues began when I started seeking out and applying for the energy efficiency rebates. I quickly came to learn that the system Mr. ******* represented to me as "checking the box to qualify" for all the rebates and incentives was not qualifying for anything I sought out. Even the rebates Mr. ******* knew of and noted on the invoice recently got denied. To date the following are rebates and amounts that I've been declined for due to Mr. ********* fraudulent represetation of facts regarding the energy efficiency of the system.York Manufacturer Rebate: $275 York Manufacturer Rebate: $150 ********* ******** * ******* ********* Department Rebate: $1,000 *** Heat Pump Rebate: $400 I was also shocked that with MGP being part of **** Registered Cooling Parter program that he didn't advise me to get a home energy check up prior to the install. This along with the false statement of facts regarding efficiency, caused me to be ineligible for the *** rebate above.Once I found out about these rebates gettin denied, I immediately emailed MGP asking that they replace the system they installed with one which will qualify at their cost (it was their fault and should do this free of charge). The second remedy I proposed was for them to refund the amounts I was denied for. I have not heard back from that email I sent on 8/12/24. They are also not answering another request I sent for a manufacturers certificate.

  Review:I recently had a tankless water heater installed by MGP Mechanicals, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. ****** and ***** were the technicians assigned to my project, and they were both fantastic.They arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They explained the process to me in simple terms and kept me informed throughout the installation. Their professionalism and skill were evident in their efficient and tidy work. The job was completed smoothly, and they took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the features of my new water heater, ensuring I felt comfortable operating it before they left.What stood out to me was not just their technical ability but also their courteous and friendly attitude.   MGP provided superb diagnostics and excellent work. They consider the entire system and ensure all elements function together. They are courteous and communicate every detail of the project. They also take pride in their work, and it shows in their high quality of service.

  I recently wrote a review for MGP Mechanical on the installation of a new hot water tank and said I would update my review when the installation of my new A/C and Furnace was installed. At the time I gave MGP Mechanical a 5 star rating and now I would give them a 10 star if possible. *****, the gentleman who initially came to my house to advise me what units I would need to efficiently cool and heat my home, was the most professional, kind, honest man I have done business with. He presented everything straight forward, no sales pitch!! The value was most important to me because of my age and limited income, but I wanted quality too. He worked with me to give me equipment York and Rheem) needed at a price I could live with. ***** and **** who installed the A/C and ******* were both professional, considerate, and respectful of my home (put drop clothes down to cover the tile) cleaned up everything when they were finished and never took a break even though it was 100 degrees outside. I was quite impressed with the way they even closed the patio door every time they went in and out so as to not let the heat inside and keep the flies, etc. outside!! I would highly recommend this company!! I also want to add that ******* and ****, who work in the office were kind, helpful and listened to and answered my questions. Also appreciated the communication as to when the technicians were on their way and they were prompt.

  My tech ****** was really great! He answered all my questions, was clear about pricing, and worked diligently to get everything fixed correctly. Thank you MGP Mechanical! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having issues with water heaters and/or furnaces.

  The owner himself came to look at our boiler. The boiler was putting out a burning smell. He was so very detailed in the inspection of the boiler and explained everything to me so I could understand the situation. He turned down the temperature the of the boiler, no more smell!. He and his crew will come back in the spring to clean the boiler and do some other repairs. Very impressed with the service. . ***** ********************* in Albuqerque

They responded promptly to my phone call concerning a leaking water heater & assessed & replaced it the following day, along with education re *********** of tankless system.   I found this company on the BBB website and I'm glad I did, especially because they are locally owned. I used a few other companies over the years for furnace, A/C and water heater service and I wanted to find a company a could stick with that wasn't trying to sell me expensive "extras."When I've called for service, it has gotten scheduled quickly and the job gets done efficiently and professionally. The pricing seems fair.
