    We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with charges to your credit card by our business.  Please know that our Accounting Department was made aware of charging errors on 5/31/24.  All errors were corrected on 05/31/24 and 06/01/24.  It can take up to 7 days, depending on your bank, to see refunds on your account. We have been unable to find any charges for the amount of $350.00, and would like to speak directly to you to ensure all has been resolved. Please contact ****** ******* *** ********* *********** ** ************ at your earliest convenience.  It is our mission to provide genuinely gracious hospitality and apologize this was not extended to you.

    To whom it may concern,

    I’ve stayed at *** ******** several times a year for the past ten years. It’s one of my favorite places on the planet! The staff at the hotel, restaurant and pools have always been exceptional, so I was disappointed and  aggrieved when I received a call from your billing department that contradicted what I was told by hotel staff. I thank you for honoring the promised refund and hope that you reconsider the strong arm tactics.
