      I did not know that Jaime Custom Stucco gave me an estimate for labor and materials I DID NOT ASK FOR. He repeatedly tried to solicit additional work, I did not ask for. He name dropped to make me think he is reputable. His work has problems that am in the process of finding another BBB contractor to either verify quality and or repair what he has done, because he has refused to fix the problems. The total estimate was for 3K, I paid him 2K, he wants 1K. More information is in the PDF document about what happened.

      Sorry about this matter, but I don't have to give any money back because I do what I offer  in my estimate.  So I said I go to fix details she tell me. And put lights back. But I don't she's In rush don't wait and yes some details I explain to her is not way because what I use is wallpaper to repair and mesh to cover the cracks. Is just like 1/8 in and she wants flat wall when walls is not even flat.

      If u guys wants to come and do the inspection I happy to talk . I don't try to scare her or nothing I just tell if she don't pay I have to put lien and she start jellin I tell to stay away from my face she said I talk to contractor and your work is not doing properly.  I tell to bring the contractor and we con go check some jobs. So wallpaper and mesh buried show some time when u floating but is no big deal. The color cover that. And is not her f? If I hire Mexican this look more like racist.  My respond to this matter no money back. She tell my worker she's going to call the police even to me I tell to call I not afraid to that. Thanks and welcome to check the house and talk to me in  person. She dont deserve my apologies.   And the wall she's talking is not 10 years old is like 3 4 months you can see. And I said because I help some guys to repair before and we do color coat in that house. The time I don't have my license.  She's f? Liar, thanks and sorry , my words.

      Al my business is by reference  and I walk all the time with my costumer to let know what I offer and is down in the estimate if u see. You can call some my costumers or real estate agents to get reference let me know and send u information sorry to bbb for this matter.  But not to the women .

      I am not asking for any money back from Jaime Custom Stucco.
      Jaime Custom Stucco was already paid $2000.
      It is not racist to question if his Mexican laborers are unskilled due to the poor quality of workmanship.

      The threat of putting a lien on my property, instead of just coming over and covering the mesh that can be seen, is all I asked for to pay him the balance. He sent a laborer over twice, and he came once saying he would remedy the poor workmanship - but none of them put the lights up nor covered the mesh that is nearly bare, nor filled in the loose places that were knocked off and needed to be filled back in.

      NM Law: If the builder/contractor fails to perform the work as promised in the contract, and/or breaches the duty of care owed to owners, New Mexico permits the home owner to file a lawsuit against the builder for damages.

      A different contractor has been here, and said it is not a good job. 
      *** ******** contractors said it is not a good job.
      My neighbor who did the west wall, knows when the west wall was done, and it was not done by Jaime.

      His estimate was not for the kind of work I requested.
      Jaime was only here for a few hours the first day and left his laborers unsupervised.

      A lawsuit filed by me or Jaime Custom Stucco will cost both parties.
      My attempt to settle through the BBB is to avoid court. 
      Jaime Custom Stucco has not made good on workmanship - to get paid the balance of $1000
      Therefore my proposal is:
      Offer Jaime Custom Stucco $250 
      He agrees in writing to cease and desist from the threat of or the actual filing of a lien and I will have to pay someone else to correct his bad workmanship.
      I will also  agree in writing not to file a complaint with NM Regulations and Licensing Department and not take Jaime Custom Stucco to court.
