    I did not have good interactions with this business.The company did install roof gutters for me in 2022.Once the work was finished, I asked the owner if they did construction work because I was looking for a contractor to build a deck on my house.He agreed to do the job and I paid him 50% in advance. Three months later I fired him because he did not start work on the agreed date; he overcharged me for materials; he refused to provide copies of receipts; he would not provide a written estimate; and he refused to provide other information about the job that I had requested.I would not recommend this company.

    I contracted with ***** to install leaf protectors on my gutters. He said he gave a 10-year warranty.November 2023 I contacted him to investigate why my gutters are backed up. Each place the gutters are leaking, the wood is rotting.After looking at my gutters, ***** saw that there are bird nests in the gutters. ***** said that the leaf protectors do not have end caps and that end caps were not made at the time of my install in May 2021. He said that he would order the parts, clean the gutters, put on the end caps. I spoke with him by phone a week after he looked at the gutters. I asked him if this work was included under the warranty. That I would pay for the parts, but how was he going to charge me for the repair. He stumbled over his words. He said he had put money down on the parts. I said fine show me the invoice and I'll pay. I also confirmed that he could complete before Thanksgiving 2023.As of today, January 3, ****, I have not heard back nor have my gutters been cleaned and fixed.Yesterday I found my invoice 5/27/2021 which included charges for 10 end caps. I have need for 7 end caps. When he came to see my problem, he quoted 5 end caps, which is not correct.I do not recommend this person nor company.
