      Mr. *** **** received quality chiropractic treatments at my office due to an automobile accident. He signed consent and intake documents agreeing to pay his bill upon settlement. He also signed a document on August 2, 2023, in which he stated he was improving, highly satisfied and would recommend Dr. ******* to others, etc. (see attached). He also signed daily visit documents showing services, charges and associated fees regarding his treatments. Around early September 2023 Mr. *** **** bought and brought in a large birthday cake for us and brought in ********** breakfast for the staff and me. Since his discharge from treatment at our office he has engaged the business office billing and collections department, refusing to pay for services he utilized to get a settlement in the first place. He continues to refuse to pay for his services, alleging outrageous and false claims to no end. At no time was Mr. *** **** dissatisfied or complained about any of his current complaints during treatment at my office. This is an issue of him attempting to get out of paying his bill and pocketing all of his settlement. My attorney, reviewing Mr. *** ****'s behavior and threats with the possibility of legal action is reserved currently.
