      NuMSP dba J&J Technical Services (Rio Rancho, New Mexico, 1510 Barbara Loop SE Rio Rancho, NM 87124, ###-###-####) has been wrongfully withholding access to our business's cloud based software platform that J&J manages for us. They refuse to provide me, the Executive Director, a password to allow me to properly administrate functions. This is all subsequent to our non-profit organization (****** ***.) giving NuMSP/J&J notice that we would not be renewing our contract with them after June 2023. They keep saying our bills are not paid, yet we have verification they are and that we are required to pay out our entire contract, which we did, prior to them providing password access. There is no reason for them to be willfully making things difficult and not do correct and fair business practice. The contents in the software program is ours.
