    This business has become predaory on those who contract for mail service. After more than five years they suddenly implement fees for holding packages which they have no adequately notified all subscribers. The Agreement does disagrees with the reported limited informaiton of terms upon which they can charge essentially a fine to hold pages over 3 days as verbally reported. Packages were denied to a 80 yo old subscriber unless she immediately paid wihout written bill, $100 on day possession of packages sought or told it would increase to $400 the next business day. Such irregularity without written notice nor bill was refused, as rights not met. Questioning such policy was not tolerated and manager ceased paid mail service on February 8,2023, for non payment of non billed claimed services.They state they will return all mail for day forward to sender without forwarding, denying forwarding service the **** states must be provided by them. This is discriminatory as they have surrendered all responsibiity toward me, withoiut proper notice. Contracts are deficient in protecting rights of persons receiving mail and packages. There policy is not standard with *** Stores, and not a matter of the ***************** seeming at this time. This is highly irregular and protest of abuse and malicoiusness retaliatory acts because subscriber asked for documents stated given as notice which did not receive, no advance notice of implimenting 5 yr plus inactive policy. Rent for boxes includes mail and boxes, with no deadline to pick either, never verbally stated or requested. This is unfair practice and denied me me my legal right to my packages unless pay verbal claims that amount to extortion to gain rights to my property, agaisnat federal law.Manageent seeks to profit without any added benefit or expense to justify fee of $400, that actually was ovebilling by $120 . No written demand given me and denied copy of notice claimed put in all mail boxes as forwarning.
