    On 8/31/2022 my now husband and I booked ABQ Photo Booths to be at our wedding reception scheduled for 11/11/22. We paid a total amount of $809.03 for their “Ultimate Package” and we have an email verification of this payment and reservation. We had email contact about the photo print background design on 11/10/22 at 5:00am when she sent the design to us, I responded with minimal changes I wanted on it at 8:00am. Never received a response, and then that evening around 5:30pm, the owner (who I cannot remember the name of and it is not listed on any emails, website, or the contract agreement) called us (again this was the night before the wedding while we were at our rehearsal at the church) saying she had COVID and had to cancel on us but would offer a full refund. I asked if there was anyone else that could man the booth or other companies she could recommend that may be available and she stated no.
    We have emailed and called since then, it is now 5 weeks later and she has stated “I’m placing a trace on the refund”, “oh you didn’t get it?” And stated multiple times she’d call her bank. I have asked repeatedly for updates and a response on what the bank had to say and what the trace is showing, with no response to those questions. Last I heard was “ Sorry for the inconvenience. I placed a trace on the refund , I’m waiting on a response I will call the bank again tomorrow
    *********************** ********************** ************” on December 8th at 4:00pm. I have sent 2 follow up emails with no response and just realized their website is no longer in service which it previously was in November, maybe even earlier this month.

    Complaint resolved. After multiple emails and phone calls, and considering legal action, we were finally able to receive a refund.
