    Eddy responded immediately to my plumbing issue. He was clear when explaining the issue and told me step by step what needed to be done. I was out of town and had a house sitter so Eddy took pictures and was honest about what the work would entail. It turned out to be much more extensive then he had thought, and he warned me that could happen, but was very fair in his pricing and there were no surprises. What I appreciated most was Eddy’s communication and his ability to explain what was going on in a clear and understandable manner especially since I was out of town. I would definitely recommend Eddy!

    I can't say enough good things about *********** Plumbing and Heating.that had been recommended to us for a really tough leaking pipe job. We thought we needed a new water heater because our 10 year old water heater was constantly heating. The person that was going to install the water heater said he needed to check to make sure there was no leak. Sure enough we had a slab leak and ************************** we called isolated the location to the inside of the house under the tile in the entryway. The water heater installer suggested we call *********** Plumbing to find and fix the leak. **** came out the next day and started work. He hung plastic all around the area to reduce the dust that would be generated during the excavation. Four large tiles had to be removed and he did so without breaking any of the tiles. He cut out and removed the concrete and dirt in the area ************************** had said the leak was. It wasn't there. **** had to dig another 3 feet into an adjoining room and enlarge that area so that he could cut out the bad pipe and splice new pipe to the existing pipe. He always showed up when he said he would show up and he cleaned up the work area each time he had to leave. He really did a phenomenal job under very difficult conditions. We highly recommend ************ for any plumbing work you might need and we wouldn't hesitate to call him again if the need ever arises.
