    Not a good facility to put a patient in with the lack of Staffing Meaning they have to sit around in an in a brief, waiting to be changed, sometimes they can be waiting an hour The Covid guidelines are not being followed, and the meal that I seen this morning was not enough nutrition to last them until lunch. The chef told me there was no more food for them! A normal tray usually has eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, milk, juice, coffee. This means being shortstaffed theyre not properly getting showered either. I would never put my mother, father, or family members in a facility that is not properly staffed, and is not going to give them the nutrition that they need to continue their lives patients are not getting their ********************* in the morning taking at a appropriate time so the nurse/ Medtech can distribute the medication as needed. The Covid restrictions are not being followed by the guidelines. Patients are not getting changed properly out of the day clothes into night clothes and I wanna have to say third shift is not doing their jobs either properly. They should be bathing these people and changing these people accordingly, you have 1 shift and third shift fighting and arguing with each other because this person was supposed to do that and it didnt get done not a way of business
