    Owner **** ******** is very unprofessional. Booked the venue for a wedding reception 4 months in advance. **** said he would supply table covering and ceiling drapes. I reached out to **** the night before and asked if we could decorate early the next morning he said yes. We show up at 7am and the door was locked. I called **** 67 times and he did not answer. I called a lock ***** to see if they could help out and since the owner had given permission we were able to get the door unlocked. Once inside the venue we noticed it had not been clean from a previous event the night before. The whole building smelted of cigarette smoke and urine. And owner was located in an office passed out drunk or high. We tried to wake him to ask for the items he was suppose to supply and he could barley hold his head up. My party had to go get supplies to clean the building on-top of iron all table coverings and drapes. We also had to clear our hall ways to make the men and womens bathrooms reachable to our guests. I was very upset about the unprofessionalism **** ******** mannered and I would not recommend the Serenity Club to anyone and believe it should be shut down for the hoarding state its in. Very dirty and junky table coverings and chair coverings not clean restrooms were disgusting as well as kitchen area. Business was handled unprofessionally and very unsanitary.
