    My car got caught in the flood in Roswell. On October 23rd, at 11:18 am, my wife and I contacted ****** Towing Service specifically for a quote, because we don’t have much money and we were shopping for a tow to our house. ****** asked where the car was so they could give us a quote, and instead, they started towing it and told us it would be about $350-$400. We told them that was too much and we couldn’t pay that, so they needed to leave it there. They agreed to do so, but instead they stole it without our knowledge or permission. We didn’t even know until we got another towing company out there to pick it up. Now they are holding our car hostage and refusing to release it or even tell us how much they’re charging for release. We just want our (probably non functioning) car returned.

    Dear Sir,
    Per our conversation and complaint letter that I received by my company. 
    Here are the documents you requested as proof that the vehicle was towed per property owner request.  As you can see by the forms, my towing company requires a written authorization by either the vehicle owner or property owner.  I spoke to the owner Mr. Kern and I explained  that the homeowner did not want the vehicle left on the property for fear of further damage to the home.  I explained that the tow bill would have to be paid in full before *** **** could remove his car from impound. He told me to keep the vehicle that he would not pay any charges since he did not authorization his vehicle to be towed.

    I have included all paperwork as an attachment.
