    **** came to fix a heating issue on our Jacuzzi. He said he could fix it but just kept replacing parts for a total of almost 2k. He won't warranty his work or parts and wants to continue replacing everything over and over nickel and diming us. Now it works worse than when he started 4 months ago. He doesn't seem to know what he is doing and sending kids out to do work often doing it wrong.

    He asked me to do a repair on a spa that is 10 yrs old. I dd not to work on it because parts were hard to get. I showed him parts I replaced heater, etc. His girlfriend left bad review on me on Google. The 2016 model of this model had an electrical problem with it. I said I will correct but it will take time because the parts are hard to get. i replaced topside and the control board. They did not work quite right. I called him back to explain why it was hard to fix his tub. I told that I had been trying. He started being abusive. He threatened to come by my home to "settle it." This spa was not purchased from me. The dealer went out of business. He has a brand new $400.00 board that I have not charged him for.
