TLC, Santa Fe is so fortunate to have ****** ***** and *****! This impressive team came for a water softener estimate to relocate a new softener in the garage verses our current system in the crawl space where it is extremely difficult to change the filter. They 1st tested our water and assured me it was not hard! They gave me valuable advise on how to maintain the current unit. Carlos couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful! We called for emergency Sunday service because I thought I’d broken the kitchen sink; Carlos called and let me know when he’d be here, and he was so friendly and pleasant when he arrived. He immediately figured out what was wrong with our sink, and because it was a quick fix, he wouldn’t charge us. Could not ask for better service! The dispatchers I spoke with were also helpful and prompt with return calls (I’ve been ignored by other plumbing companies who promised to call back). Excellent service, will absolutely call again! Outstanding service by the entire team!*** answered the phone and scheduled a walk-down and estimate on the first call. (Many other electrical contractors in the area don't answer their phones and may not return calls in a timely manner.)Reliable: Electricians showed up on time on the date scheduled with a call when they were on the way.Professional: Knowledgeable installation of a new circuit and whole home surge protection at the service panel.I would highly recommend TLC Electrical.TLC Santa Fe, LLC

The tech was on time and called before arriving. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my unusable toilet that was nearly ruined by another plumber. The job was done in a reasonable length of time and the work fixed the problem(s). The price for the work was not cheap but it was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this company and I am sure that when I again need a plumber that I will call them.TLC Santa Fe, LLC

The project was to improve electrical service to 200 amp at a Condo Unit. ****** *******, Chief Electrician, walked us through the process and the interactions necessary with the City of Santa Fe and ****************** of NM (PNM). *** decided both Condo Units needed to upgrade otherwise current service would stay without improvements. Mr. ******* explained the benefits of converting to 200amp, not only for the residential current and future use, but also for the property real estate value. The explanation facilitated both Condo Units to agree to upgrade to 200amp.The project was implemented exceptionally well, all TLC Technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
